You may submit information about a property and yourself ("User Content"), which must be accurate, complete and truthful. You are liable for the consequences of inaccurate, incomplete or false User Content. Company is not a licensed contractor, insurance adjuster, or public adjuster, and does not guarantee approval of any insurance claim. Company is not liable for your transactions with third-party restoration providers.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to view Website content. Company owns or licenses all content, trademarks and IP. No copying, distribution or derivative works without written consent.

5. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rapid Home Restore about your inspection request. Message frequency may vary; message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance, or contact info@rapidhomerestore.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is collected separately/optionally. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Account information must be truthful; you are responsible for safeguarding credentials; Company may suspend or terminate access at any time.
